The Audacity To Demand: How to Set the Expectations for Your Business

There's a new movement afoot. A movement that is demanding more from our businesses and entrepreneurs. This movement is called Equity Equality.

What is Equity Equality?

Equity Equality is the belief that all people should be treated fairly, regardless of their sex, race, sexual orientation, or religion. It is the belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed, no matter what obstacles they may face. And it is the belief that businesses should be held accountable to their employees and the communities in which they operate. If you believe in Equity Equality, then join us! We are demanding change, and we won't stop until we get it!

Equity Equality is about more than just fairness. It's about ensuring that everyone has a chance to succeed. And that starts with ensuring that businesses are paying their employees and stakeholders a Living Wage.

A Living Wage is an hourly rate that allows workers to meet their basic needs, like food and shelter. Unfortunately, too many businesses are paying their employees poverty wages, which makes it impossible for them to make ends meet. But we're not going to stand for it anymore! We are demanding that businesses pay their employees a Living Wage so that they can live with dignity and respect.

Why is it important to pay the Living Wage?

The simple answer is that it is the right thing to do. Paying workers, a Living Wage helps to ensure that they can live with dignity and provide for their families.

It also allows businesses to create better working conditions, which leads to increased productivity and retention rates.

In addition, paying the Living Wage can help businesses save on turnover costs and attract high-quality employees.

Investment in employees through the payment of a Living Wage also has the potential to create customers for life.

Paying the Living Wage is an investment in people and our economy. When workers have more money in their pockets, they invest it in their children's education, their own education, eat healthier, contribute to the economy more.

This creates jobs and boosts businesses and our local economy. A strong economy benefits everyone – business owners, workers, and families.

It’s time for us to come together and demand that all businesses pay the Living Wage. Equity Equality Entrepreneurship
